A Great Start To A Great Year

This month has been very nice as I’ve learned to take more time for myself within my workdays. First, I started by scheduling an alarm clock, and this, never past 9:00. Oh god, at first it was super hard and every day, getting up was a struggle. Today, I often wake up before my scheduled alarm. So, basically, I start my mornings by getting up, doing a small 1-minute body activation that wakes me up and gets me ready to start my day. Then, I fill up my water bottle and I'm ready to start my day.

Now, how do I plan the rest of my days? Well, that depends. This month, I’ve mostly started by checking my mail, checking my stats and analytics of my social media and other platforms, and I write anything I can think about adding to my daily plan. Then, I go to the kitchen, open up the fridge and make myself either eggs or a smoothie from my recipe book. After I eat, I go to take my morning poop and then I can really, officially start my day.

So, What do I work on every day? Well, some days I work on planning content and developing ideas. Other days, I just make music. There are also some days I consider “teach yourself days,”  where I well, teach myself some new tricks for food, video or music either by trial and error or by watching a bunch of tutorials. I also have DJing days where I just mix for the whole day and practice techniques and record mixes. Also, because of a new Tiktok plan I created, I now have sound design days and cooking days planned in my schedule.

Finally, if I have ideas for dinner, I cook dinner, if not I keep working or help out. After dinner, sometimes, I continue working and other times, I just sit down and think about projects I want to do in the future. Before bed, I also added something to my schedule. Halfway through January, I received my new skincare products that have been super nice for my skin. After that, I watch an episode and call my girlfriend for a good night and start a meditation to fall asleep. For me, a new year has allowed me to start new, and see new objectives.

I hope you enjoyed your beginning of the month. Hope to see you soon, stay safe, and I’ll see you next month.
